APPEARANCES

Despite my rants on the inanity of some book signings I’ve attended, I am more than happy to attend a whole variety of events. Let me know about your event and I’ll see if I’m able to attend.

I am more than happy to give interviews. These can be in written form (via email) or by phone. I will do in-person interviews but these require you to travel to me.

I find that book clubs often end up having questions of the author’s they explore. If you find yourself in this situation with my work, please let me know as I would gladly exchange correspondence. I would even go so far as to participate in a group discussion via phone. As before, let me know.

For any of these things, or anything that you’ve thought of that I have not mentioned, send an email with the specifics, or as much as you currently know, and I’ll get back to you once I’ve checked my calendar.

For all outside offers and projects, my assistant is tasked with and does a great job coordinating my schedule and keeping me focused. Email him, rather than me, so that your needs get addressed in a timely fashion.

WRITTEN WORK

Because of my background in both the financial business and “green” business, I freelance in those areas. I am available to write consulting and corporate reports including communications to clients, blog content, and magazine/ezine articles. For all such outside writing or management consulting projects, contact my assistant tad@charlesmccain.com. He does a great job coordinating my schedule and keeping me focused. So, please, email him instead of me so you will get a timely response.

I will not write or co-author fiction of any sort or ghost write fiction. And please do not send me for comment any fiction you have written since my assistant will return that to you unread. My literary agent and my attorneys do not allow me to read unpublished fiction from anyone.

For performance and subsidiary rights contact my agent:
